TORTOLA—Two officials from Halifax, Canada, one of three bid city candidates vying to host the 2014 Commonwealth Games, will make a presentation to the BVI Olympic Committee and its member federations at 2 p.m. on Sunday, at the BVI Olympic Committee offices.

Halifax 2014 CEO Scott Logan and international relations officer Kate Randall will present their plans for hosting the games, as they seek the BVI’s support. Last month, the BVI Olympic Committee hosted five officials from Glasgow, Scotland who is also bidding for the games along with Abuja, Nigeria.
