All Ball Topple Rams, 86-80

TORTOLA
—Rayshaun Mercer had 22 points and Jermaine Mathavious followed up with 21, to lift All Ball past the Elmore Stoutt High School Rams, 86-80, in Sunday night’s BVI Basketball Federation play at Road Town’s Multipurpose Sports Complex.

Mercer also had five steals and four assists. Glendon Lamothe tossed in 12 points and pulled 14 boards for All Ball. The Rams’ Norville Carey put up a game high 27 points to go with 13 rebounds and six steals, as the scoring leader. Dion Blyden added 17 points and six steals, while Revern Garoway and Shakeem Smith, chipped in another 13 points respectively.

The Wolf Pack trimmed the Saints, 49-48. Kareem Profit paced the Wolf Pack with 13 points, five rebounds and five steals. Jaimez Stoutt and Jaa-Mala Miller had 12 and 11 points each for the Saints.

Basics got the winning basket as time ran out to stun Another Level, 75-73. Jamal Serrant led Basics’ scores with 20 points and pulled 13 off the glass. Tarik Wilson and Kyle Abraham followed up with 20 and 18 points each. Kishaun Walker had 13 points to lead Another Level. Jamel Joseph tossed in another 11 to the tally. 

Squad Up outscored No Limit, 31-4 in the second quarter, en route to an 84-52, triumph in the final game. Kareem Scatliffe paved the way for the easy victory with 25 points and 11 steals. Roger Farrington added 14 points to the tally. Deon Smith narrowly missed a double, double with 13 points and nine steals. He also dished out four assists. Deshawn Douglas was No Limit’s leading scorer with 23 points and eight rebounds. Jamal Benjamin poured in another 17.
